Helping to build and bring to market an AI-powered meal planning + grocery delivery app, creating an exciting new brand in food tech.
Responsibilities covered mainly in-house design, as well as designing for the properties being developed or already owned by Brightwild. In terms of in-house work, I was involved in an extremely wide variety of creative for the Brightwild brand. Took full ownership of designing all social posts for the company's Instagram profiles, rebuilding their company blog layout, creating new pages on their website, and taking care of any additional web design tasks to push the design further. Created a layout & wireframe for their new Brightwild Studio portfolio website, working on UI/UX to display property graphic & interior design work. Worked on any print or digital collateral needed, and overall took on any design tasks that would enhance company reach & memorability to push growth. In addition, worked on experiential design for company events & parties, from concepting event identities and designing assets, all the way through to the production stage of getting everything prepped & ordered. For the properties Brightwild owns and develops, I created brand identities, produced assets, and was involved in the intersection of graphic, interior, & environmental design to create a holistic, well-designed experience for visitors of these properties and ensure maximum ROI for owners & investors. Overall, I got to use all of the skills I've learned from my past co-ops and classes to be a flexible designer with a wide array of abilities needed to work on an extensive variety of design applications.
Assisted on experiential design for event branding, environmental graphics, experiential moments, signage & wayfinding, digital assets, and creative direction for conceptual design & pitch work. Provided design support across client projects, pitches, and internal work, in addition to any other creative needs that popped up within the agency. Involved in multiple stages of projects, from the pitch phase to presenting weekly creative rounds to clients, all the way through to production & fabrication, the actual event occurring, and the post-project documentation and recapping. Created assets for multiple rounds of client reviews, refining and taking feedback along the way. Mocked up creative concepts, worked on moodboards, deck design, office design & decor, and more. Got files ready for printers & fabricators and helped ensure things were ready for production deadlines.
Involved in all stages of the branding process, from initial client calls and moodboarding to designing concepts, putting together presentations, and revising along the way until a final brand identity was reached as a team. Curated moodboards and shot lists for photoshoots, sourced props and supplies, and assisted on set with styling and creative direction. Worked on website redesign layouts. Created content for social media feeds and worked on aspects of social strategy, from brainstorming to execution. Designed additional work for both internal Edelmade needs and client needs, creating posters, merchandise, social posts, Behance templates, and logofolios.
Worked on a wide variety of client and internal agency projects with the creative team and individually. Created murals, office art, print collateral, digital ads, social calendars and assets, stadium screen displays, apparel, email newsletters, and more. Assisted with production and creation of imagery, both static and video - involved in the entire process, from brainstorming, pre-production documents, and sourcing, to set conception, design & building, styling, and assisting with art & creative direction both on and off set. Tasked with audits, web design, branding, packaging, experiential design & campaign ideation. Constantly exposed to the intersections of creative, media, & marketing, all under the broader umbrella of advertising.
