Work Experience
I’m responsible for creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for the Singapore Airlines desktop and mobile website. I work on improving the entire website, creating and managing the UI and design system and manage the Help/self-services and corporate booking pillars as my main domains.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with product management, product owners and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and testing to guide product decisions and evaluate usability and effectiveness.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Balance stakeholder needs and expectations to align on product priorities and decisions.
• Constantly work on overall website improvement to maintain a high standard of design across all pages.
• Researched effective UX for hardware and software products (e.g., mice, keyboards, interfaces) to ensure effective user testing and modification to uphold highest standards; contributed to Dell in maintaining #1 spot in world for monitors.
• Performed A/B testing and conducted detailed user interviews while being open-minded and being sensitive towards target audience’ needs upon efficient researching.
• Applied sound UX research and design to real-life products; successfully outreached millions users and leading it from strategy point-of-view with global vision.
Dell Internship Project 1: Dell Mobile Connect (Developing a Smart Monitor Ecosystem)
• Developed new Dell application and rapidly coming up with concepts for home and corporate consumers – enabling better user experience with revolutionary features that worked seamlessly among Dell devices, iOS and Android Smartphones (Dell Internship Project 2022 Winner)
• Developed smart monitor and smart integrated hub product with never-seen-before productivity features for home and corporate usage.
Dell Internship Project 2: Dell Sustainability Dashboard
• Created system for tracking waste in entire Dell product lifecycle and making interface with dashboard to depict key metrics for tracking thereby contributing to Dell in achieving sustainability goals.
• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders and departments to develop innovative solutions within dashboard in alignment to Dell’s sustainability efforts.
• Spearheaded product and design discussions with clients and Project Teams.
• Assumed role as Key Player at forefront to create UI/UX product designing; contributed to company re- branding.
• Successfully facilitated MVP launching with high-fidelity designing for testing and publishing.
• Collaborated with various teams (e.g., Marketing, Programming) to produce functional product upon identifying and rectifying bugs.
• Deployed Adobe XD for web and mobile screens to design low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes with mock-ups.
