This new series was a completely random action, with no thinking behind it. I thought it was fun and decided to run with it. I chose read.cv simply because it feels good, and I love the overall design. I see early signs that this might become an awesome community. I'm not a typical social media guy, except for the fact that I follow people.
Many Twitter clones have risen over the last couple of months, for various reasons. While following this trend, it has become very clear that niches win. Social media for the masses is dead; most people left are either angry or selling stuff.
"Subscale over scale" signifies a crucial change in our growth and development strategy. In a society fixated on expansion and wide audience reach, this concept advocates for concentrating on smaller, more impactful projects. It's about seeking depth over breadth. In the business realm, it involves focusing on specific niches rather than trying to cater to the masses. This mindset prioritizes the value of unique, authentic personal experiences and connections over mere numbers, fostering more meaningful and sustainable progress both personally and professionally.
From day one of this series the response here was encouraging, with numerous likes and some new followers, which I find quite cool. However, on Twitter, the reaction was non-existent.
