I am Sopheavatey Sou, a coffee lover aspiring to be a professional barista. I create and serve satisfying coffee drinks, handle pressure and pace well, and operate various coffee machines and methods. I also open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and hygiene, and process cash and payments. I eagerly learn new skills and techniques, contribute to the coffee shop's success, and interact with customers. I am excited to join the coffee shop and learn from the experts.

Siem Reap

I completed the Food Production - Pâtisserie Program at the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule from 2019 to 2020. This program taught me various skills and competencies related to the pastry and bakery industry, such as preparing and presenting different types of desserts, cakes, and pastries, working effectively with colleagues and customers, complying with workplace hygiene procedures, and performing basic first aid. The program also included industry immersion and foreign language courses. The École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule is one of the most renowned vocational schools for hospitality and tourism in Cambodia12, and I am proud to be one of its graduates.
