How much do job listings cost?
Job listings start at $99 a month, per listing. Additionally, subscribers to our supporter tier will receive an automatic 20% discount on job listings.
We also offer discounts to pre series–A startups, small to medium sized studios, and nonprofits. Please contact us to see if your team qualifies!
Who can create job listings?
Job listings can be created using your personal profile or team profile. We suggest using a team profile to communicate your team culture alongside your job description, but if you are in a hurry to get a job listing live you can use your personal account.
For job listings made with your personal profile you will need to upload company details such as a company logo, name, and url.
For job listings made with team profiles this information will be derived from your team profile.
How do I create a job listing with my personal profile?
On desktop, click your profile photo in the bottom of the sidebar and choose Manage account
> Job listings
.
On mobile, click the menu button in the bottom left corner of the screen and tap Manage account
> Job listings
.
From there you can create and manage your job listings.
How do I create a job listing with my team profile?
Navigate to the Careers
tab in the team dashboard. Click the Add open role
button in the top right corner. This will open the Add position
creator . Once you’ve filled in all the details you will be able to save and view it on your profile.
How do I edit a job listing?
If you have created a job listing with your personal profile navigate Manage account
> Job listings
. Click the Edit
button on the job listing you want to edit.
If you have created a job listing with a team profile navigate to the Careers
tab in the team dashboard, then click the Edit
button on the job listing.
How do I pause a job listing?
If you have created a job listing with your personal profile navigate Manage account
> Job listings
. Click the Pause
button on the job listing you want to pause.
If you have created a job listing with a team profile navigate to the Careers
tab in the team dashboard, then click the Pause
button on the job listing.
Paused job listings will not appear publicly on the site until you choose to resume them, and will not auto-renew.
How do I delete a job listing?
If you have created a job listing with your personal profile navigate Manage account
> Job listings
. Click the Delete
button on the job listing you want to delete.
If you have created a job listing with a team profile navigate to the Careers
tab in the team dashboard, then click the Delete
button on the job listing.
Deleting a job listing will cancel your subscription and cannot be undone.
How do I enable or disable auto-renew?
If you have created a job listing with your personal profile navigate Manage account
> Job listings
. Toggle the Auto-renew
button on the job listing you want enable or disable auto-renew on.
If you have created a job listing with a team profile navigate to the Careers
tab in the team dashboard, then toggle the Auto-renew
checkbox on the job listing.
If auto-renew is enabled your job listing will automatically renew in 30 days from when it began. You will be charged for another 30 days, and your job listing will bump to the top of the Front Page and Open Roles.
If auto-renew is disabled your job listing will automatically expire at the end of the 30 days and will no longer be public unless you choose to renew the subscription.
What happens if I delete my job listing before the 30 day subscription ends?
Your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will not get billed for any future dates. However we do not prorate the remaining days left on your subscription.
