Leading the design for the Brand Experience of the product, helping customers to discover, setup, manage and scale their brand.
Previously lead the print experience within Canva where I helped launch print partnerships, increased the print products we support, worked on print growth and revenue, and helped a number of initiatives to improve print quality of our products
Carousell started as a consumer marketplace app for everyday things in Singapore and has since become a super app for buying and selling anything. Carousell is all over south-east Asia and has a lovely thriving community of buyers and sellers.
I worked on the seller experience and improved how sellers list any item including high-value items like cars and real estate. I also helped the buyer experience in the early days and improved the platform's conversion quality and also overall trust and safety side.
Cleartrip is a leading travel website that focused on helping users pick their best flights, hotels and things to do in the places they visit through a simple product.
I helped Cleartrip flights, hotels and event experiences in mobile platforms - Android, iOS, Web
