I am a concept artist and illustrator with 10+ years of experience in mobile games. As a Senior Artist at Playrix, I specialize in environment concept art, color keys, and illustrations. I focus on creating stylized art using Photoshop, Procreate, and Blender while collaborating with the art director, 3D modelers, animators, and producers to bring the best visuals to our new game!
Work Experience
Developing environment and prop concepts, illustrations, and UI elements for a new mobile game. Collaborating with 3D modelers, producers, and animators for cohesive visuals.
Worked closely with animation and technical artists, 3D modelers, and game designers to develop the Makeover Event style, ensuring alignment with the existing art while considering the game engine's 3D limitations. Developed environment concepts and was responsible for the event's environment appeal. Provided feedback to concept artists and 3D modelers to ensure consistency with initial concepts. Participated in hiring by reviewing portfolios and trial assignments.
Mentored students on '3D for 2D Artists' and 'Sketching and Shapes' courses, helping them improve their painting skills. Created tutorials, participated in interviews, wrote articles for social media, and delivered a lecture on stylized environments.
Managed a team of four artists, assigning tasks based on their strengths while ensuring deadlines were met. Conducted product and performance reviews, and mentored three artists to Lead positions. Created fun, edgy, experimental visuals for ad campaigns.
Developed graphics for ads, ASO, and App Store presentations. Collaborated with video designers and producers to bring new ideas and ensure engaging visuals.
Designed characters for the eLearning library.
Created characters, environments, props, match-3 and UI elements, animations, and FX in Unity for HOPA and casual mobile games and prototypes.
