Savage Bureau (Salesforce CS Calendar, Topcon Website)
-
Launched the Customer Success Events Calendar, which became a successful touchpoint for Salesforce customers looking to expand their knowledge. This net-new project was launched at the onset of the pandemic, shifting the application's focus overnight to primarily online. Two primary concepts were created for the site: Land Rover (minimal but prioritizing functionality) and Winnebago (has everything, including the kitchen sink). The web application was designed in the Lightning design system and localized into 8 languages.
-
Designed several solutions for the developer audience, including a redesigned developer documentation site. Focus was on readability and flexibility. Had to support many layers of structure, different content needs, and various links.

Worked closely with the internal team to gather requirements and alignment and created an application that supported multiple audiences (end users, administrators, and vendors).
