I led and created Western Provident Association's published design system for mobile (Component library and ZeroHeight site), audited designs, ensured consistency in naming, created documentation, and collaborated closely with the development team. Additionally, I assisted in delivering several features, including Claims & Payments.

As the Lead UX/UI Designer, I designed a majority of features such as onboarding, account setup, job searching, and shift features for the Get Licensed mobile app. Additionally, I delivered low-fidelity and high-fidelity visual concepts and created end-to-end flows, culminating in a fully working prototype for client feedback.

Created end-to-end user flows derived from UX workshops and research, as well as wireframes to test our hypotheses. I led the design of the UI, including style guides, and collaborated with development teams to deliver an App Store-ready MVP.

As part of a team of designers, I contributed to delivering Quote and Buy experiences for web, dashboard, and mobile platforms. As the lead UI designer, I created concepts, developed high-fidelity interfaces, and designed dashboards for HP users. Additionally, I managed UX/UI for Transfers and Renewals, established and maintained a design system, and actively participated in feedback demos with project managers and stakeholders.

Lead website designer. Created visual responsive designs for development. Took part in UX workshops, created wireframes and high-fidelity designs.

Worked on over 50 websites, several apps, interfaces, design systems, and collaborated with agencies, enhancing user experiences and driving revenue for clients in various industries, including health insurance, manufacturing, education, software, charities, finance, and media.

User Experience Design. Participated in learning a range of user experience and interaction design related skills, focusing on user research and user-centred design.
