I'm Fiona and I'm a designer at heart. My passion for design revolves around bridging and building collaboration between design and engineering for products or services.
Projects
I supported stakeholders alongside a digital writing agency - Big on Writing Ltd with publishing on Westpac's content management system. The launch of Business Base helps small to medium business owners. From strategy, and production, to completion, were led and supplied by Big on Writing Ltd.
I simplified a re-design of the authentication journey where a three-step experience for customers to reset their forgotten passwords to then be able to securely log in to their Westpac One banking account. This was one of the pieces of a bigger pattern to drive the adoption of the Design System at Westpac NZ.
As part of a summer internship program at Stuff NZ, this was a greenfield project to discover and experiment on a collaborative platform for content creators and the news, media, and journalism company to target zillennials* (Gen Z & Millennials).
