Work Experience
Mos.ru is a complex city platform for Moscow residents. Mos.ru includes 300 services for residents and businesses.
– Responsible for core products: search, navigation, help centre, chat, voice assistant and catalog.
– Made a redesign of the feedback service and launched a new service "Help" - a single entry point in situations where the user has a question or problem, the service combined instructions, contacts, technical support, government electronic service, telephone directory and FAQ.
– Redesigned the navigation, optimized the menu, created additional attention management tools.
– Designed a voice assistant and chat interface from scratch for the web and mobile application "My Moscow".
– Made a redesign of search. Transferred everything to inclusive components, conducted research, checked my decisions and tested hypotheses.
– Conducted user interviews, ux tests, research design, worked on system design components.
Gismeteo is a meteorological service. Website and mobile application show current weather, forecast of temperature, different parameters at various points around the world. Gismeteo has various products for farmers and large agricultural companies.
– Responsible for the product ''Agroplatform''.
– Designed a service for farmers and agrarians to track fields, soil moisture, weather, an online store and equipment control.
– Made a redesign of crop insurance within the service, edited the text, conducted research and interviews, communicated with users.
– Designed the application. Developed a design system for mobile. Unfortunately the project was closed in 2021.
CTC Media is a media company that operates television channels in Russia and internationally.
– Responsible for creating graphics and visuals for promotional materials.
– Worked closely with the creative team to develop visual concepts and implement them into designs.
– Designed banners, and other branding materials for TV shows and events.
