Work Experience
• As part of the Growth team, I contributed to the development of product solutions that have facilitated the expansion of Google Workspace, our cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools, by addressing key user needs and driving market share growth.
• Lead a customer education campaign leveraging Google Guidebooks and the Learning Center to boost customer knowledge and retention.
• I am pleased to be back at work after a period of medical leave. During this time, I focused on my health and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) treatment, and I am grateful to be able to return with renewed energy and commitment to my career.
• Spearheaded design strategy for multiple venture-backed startups, defining user experience (UX), visual design, and branding direction.
• Contributed extensively to product design, information architecture, and research, ensuring user-centric solutions.
• Maintained efficient design operations, managing resources and timelines for various projects.
• Developed comprehensive design strategies for two startup ventures, encompassing user research, persona creation, journey mapping. prototypes, visual designs, and user experience.
• Collaborated closely with Venture Leads, providing strategic guidance and prioritizing UX design requirements for optimal user engagement.
• Operationalized research and user-centered design methodologies, successfully conducting the first user testing sessions within the Cognizant Accelerator organization.
• Established a robust foundation for future iterative design and user-centric development processes.
