Work Experience
Currently working with the amazing D-ALP team in Bangalore to make Adobe Connect more usable and immersive.
Connect is a product in the webinar and training space that allows you to create highly customisable digital events.
My design brief is to craft the best possible 'report' experience for webinar and training use cases. I'm currently handling the end-to-end flow, from research to prototype.
More exciting details are yet to come.
Worked with the team in France and Dubai on an exciting project in the fintech space that will revolutionize private credit. My key roles included-
- Consulting with clients to understand their goals
- Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders
- Developing personas, scenarios and flowcharts for the web application
- Suggesting improvements on wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, flows and screens
- Creating low fidelity product prototypes to assist iterations
Worked with the Cyber Security UX team at Google as a part of my summer internship to craft the best possible onboarding experience for Google Cloud so that administrators can onboard in a simpler, faster and safer way. My key focus here was on problem identification, ideation, rapid prototyping and user testing. Over 448 hours were dedicated to this project, where 55+ unique screens were created as a part of 4+ iterations.
Worked with the team in Palo Alto, United States, in a fast paced startup environment to create an immersive experience that allows users to virtually decorate their personalised 3D space using augmented reality. I worked on end to end user flows for the web app and designed high fidelity prototypes that were responsive and deployed in real time. We added usability and delight with every sprint.
Worked on an innovation project with the Samsung Prism team in Bangalore to discover the exciting future of wearable technology. The digitally native generation has different expectations from technology. Our team dived into consumer research and brainstormed multiple concepts which led to the creation of a touch-less experience that is more fast paced and ephemeral than ever before.
Blanks Labs is an incubator studio that focuses on accelerating change and creativity to make the world a better place for sapiens. My key roles at blank labs as a UX design intern included:
- Implementing the design thinking process for multiple ongoing projects
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights
- Creation of a design system and UI components for mobile devices
- Focusing on responsiveness for real-time deployment.
