Building design culture and a design team at an edtech startup. Day-to-day responsibilities vary from making comps in Sketch to making sure design initiatives line up with business objectives.
Led a combined team of designers and developers on design system product. Also responsible for UI & UX design within the squad for inspiration and innovation products.
Designed project branding identity and presentation templates for Programmatic Approach- a project facilitating quality education for young girls in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh.
Launched their first international site, cross-branded microsites, perfomance-optimized e-marketing materials, and all other global e-commerce assets.
