Projects
By reworking the onboarding experience to make sure it was personalised to where the customer was in their experience, and reducing overwhelm I increased 2024 EBITA by >$3m through improvements to pre-test activation
I worked as the sole designer, along with product, operations and engineering within the Testing team at ZOE to help redesign the blood test process. This redesign reducing the support burden by 84% and improved customer belief in ZOE.
Increased belief in ZOE for customers by 75% by adding a gut health retest feature which then visually showed their changes they had made.
Work Experience
Championing innovative designs across diverse platforms including app interfaces, email communications, packaging, and informational leaflets to enhance the onboarding, testing, and results journey at ZOE.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, project managers, engineers, and operations teams, I've spearheaded impactful initiatives over the past two years.
Noteworthy achievements include introducing new features such as enabling customers to be able to do gut health retests, thereby increasing belief in our product, and optimising testing procedures by sourcing a more efficient method for blood sample collection, resulting in a notable 10% reduction in customer support inquiries.
Leading the work on both the app and web products which supplies credit and loans to the underserved. Working directly with our customer team to help understand our customer base, which then informs the UX and UI decisions of the products.
My focus was to build the design system which runs across three different brands and both app and web products. This involved doing a deep dive into all processes and leading the design team on setting up structures that can serve across multiple products, and multiple teams, whilst meeting our UX/UI standards.
I worked at CCMEDIA agency as a digital designer, working on a range of products, mainly within the retail and aesthetics sector. Within my role, I handled the design side of the projects from start to finish, this included client-facing comms, kicking-off meetings, art direction, branding, wireframe design, UX audits, site map design, the final responsive design and hand-off with developers. Within this role, I learnt a lot from overseeing the whole design process, my most considerable lesson was to understand the balance between serving the users’ needs whilst accommodating what the business’s goals.
I worked at Vanquis bank as one of their digital product designers. I worked on a range of their digital products, from their website to their banking app. I mainly worked on redesigning the onboarding journey for customers by creating a new app product that hopes to get customers signed up with a Vanquis card in under 3 minutes.
This job role was very creative due to the creative freedom that was allowed to be explored within the design. I found this position the most interesting job role due to it being heavily customer-focused, I was involved in holding customer interviews every week and updates with the stakeholders from my findings.
Working as a freelance digital designer within a co-working space, I created websites and branding for local companies. I also designed an exhibition and created the iconography and information to go around the exhibition, this was for a charity called Project Motorhouse. I also created digital advertisements including animations, poster, information booklets, and food menus for the Turner Contemporary, and the Old Vic in Bristol.
