I made an informed decision to pivot my academic journey. After thoughtful consideration and consultation, I have transitioned from my previous course of study in Bachelor in Medicine to a new academic path focused on a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. This change aligns better with my career aspirations and allows me to pursue my passion for research and the data field. I am chuffed to embrace this new learning adventure and look forward to the opportunities it will bring.
Work Experience
I'm diligently working on an AI project on heart failure/ myocardial infarction prediction by analysing echocardiogram videos of apical-four views. We captured every frames of the echocardiogram video instead of a single frame, fed them into the model and train them. It involves U-NET semantic segmentation, LSTM model development and training.
Having a huge interest in parasitology, I was introduced to a Malaria project, exploring DNA cloning, Erythrocyte Binding Assay, gene sequencing, phylogenetics, etc.
Specializing in Product and Portrait Photography/Videography, I excel in capturing compelling images in various settings. My technical proficiency is complemented by a focus on building strong client relationships, recognizing that effective communication is crucial for successful outcomes. I've collaborated on successful projects with local brands like Sugarbelle and Softlove.
I acquired proficiency in specimen processing, specimen culture, microscopic examination, molecular testing, data documentation, etc. My responsibilities span five rotations: Virology, Clinical Bacteriology, Mycology, Tuberculosis, and Molecular Imaging.
