I'm a growth oriented designer currently working on enhancing the end to end earner help experience at Uber. I was previously leading the team that built products for the next billion users at Flipkart, solving for vernacular, voice, and assistance in the e-commerce space. Prior to that, I was working on improving the adoption of Marketing Cloud at Adobe.

Leading the design team focused on improving adoption of e-commerce for the next billion users (NBU) in India with a prime focus on improving assistance through conversation (voice) and vernacular interface. Launched products that increased the conversion for new users on the platform, played an instrumental role in defining the roadmap, goals, and vision for the product.
Led a team of Experience Designers that helped build adoption for Adobe Marketing Cloud. Worked on creating products that focus on user engagement and personalization across multiple product solutions that specialize in Cloud Integration, Analytics, and Web Experience Management. Clients include Volkswagen, Monster Inc, American Red Cross, ANZ Bank, and more. Closed deals worth $10M+ as an individual contributor.
Successfully launched a time tracking and opportunity pipeline creation app for the business team. Managed all aspects of the project life cycle including scoping and discovery, ideation, architecting the experience framework while interacting with stakeholders across geographies.
Responsible as lead designer for American Express OPEN team, helped improve customer engagement and increased conversion by 2x for their SMB segment, performed A/B test to arrive at final design solution while working with business stakeholders, PMs and developers. Also worked on large-scale projects for FSI and Healthcare verticals, designing for Mobile (iOS/Android) and RWD Apps. Notable clients include Sanofi, Kellogs, Telcel America.
