Shreya Agarwal
Product Designer in Singapore, She/her
I am a generalist with a people-centered and cross-functional approach to design. My design practice is deeply rooted in user insights, quick prototyping, and creating business value. I embrace complex problem solving and creating meaningful experiences that drive commercial impact for the companies I work with. With a background in service design and graphic design, I bring full-stack design skill set to my team.
Currently, I am managing the design team for Search and Personalisation at Grab, a super-app in South-East Asia. During weekends, I mentor and teach fellows at Ownpath where I share my expertise in visual design and product design.
Previously, I worked as a Senior Product Designer at Obvious, where I lead multiple products from zero to one in the domains of Fintech and Marketing tools. During weekends, I mentor and teach fellows at Ownpath where I share my expertise in visual design and product design.
I started my design career as a graphic designer, working on branding, publication, and illustration for client like WWF, Hyatt, and Serendipity Arts foundation.
I love to illustrate and animate in my spare time. Talk to me about science fiction, true crime, and cooking.

We function as a horizontal team, working across Grab’s core services of Food, Transport and Mart. Bringing value to key stakeholders: merchants by growing their business, customers by helping them discover and Grab by building a healthy ecosystem.
