About

High-class digital product design for innovative startups and medium-size companies that understand the value of design.

In collaboration with great engineers, designers and managers I create user-centered products that are both functional and aesthetically appealing. I've helped design products for startups like Zero Fasting and Oak Meditation, and established companies like Twitter, IKEA, adidas, American Express, and Mercedes-Benz.

Projects

2021

Paced helps busy professionals keep track not just of planned meetings and activities but most importantly of their energy levels during the day and helps plan around it.

2018

Zero is the world's most popular app for intermittent fasting. It assists users in fasting safely and successfully, based on cutting-edge, physiological research.

We ran several Design Sprints (each including additional product design work) with Zero's product team at Big Sky Health and helped evolve the initial MVP into a sophisticated product for a growing user base.

Side Projects

Ongoing

Alfread is a read-later app with a focus on reading habit.

Alfread became Product of the day and week in 2021 and got featured as App of the Day on the App Store.

Internet is full of talented writers, articles, and newsletters that are worth reading, not just saving. Our goal with Alfread is to create a place that feels exciting to come back to. For new knowledge from your saved articles, for fresh perspectives on old topics, and sometimes for fun!

But a read-later app is not a to-do list. Not every article has to be read, it's not a chore.

That's why Alfread helps manage your queue giving quick actions to archiving and snoozing with a familiar Tinder-like interface.

Work Experience

2020 — Now
Berlin, Germany

I help startups and mid-sized companies with high-quality digital product design by running workshops, Design Sprints, prototyping, user testing, and enabling product teams to make progress, fast.

I can help you with:
• Ideation
• UX/UI Design
• Validation
• Product strategy
for
• Mobile apps
• Web apps
• Websites
• Any digital product.

Good user experience is no longer just “nice to have” — it’s a golden standard: without it, it's really hard to get any traction or grow business and revenue. While designing, I keep not only user goals in mind but also business requirements and tech limitations, always striving for a healthy degree of perfection.

My aim is to turn abstract concepts into real products and services, transforming the best ideas into the best results.

2017 — 2020
Berlin, Germany

Working with companies from Europe and USA to help them validate their business, product, feature concepts and ideas, and create a solution that would meet user needs and business requirements.
My responsibilities include:
• helping clients to frame and focus on the right problem;
• create a solution for the problem;
• design a prototype that would look and feel like a real product;
• lead prototyping team and make sure we use up-to-date methods and software;
• learn insights from user testing;
• translate user insights into a design iteration.

2016 — 2017
Berlin, Germany

As a member of the ottonova design team I worked on the MVP of the product and also tried to think beyond that and imagine what the service should look like in a few years. My main job was to conceptualize and design product interfaces for multiple platforms, including web, iOS and — my main focus — Android.

2015 — 2016
Berlin, Germany

Working on early concepts, exploring design directions, researching, wireframing, prototyping, visual design.
Clients I've worked with at MING:

  • Swisscom
  • Diebold-Nixdorf
  • Clang
  • Socca360
2015 — 2015
Minsk, Belarus

I worked as a principal product designer at PandaDoc, software that helps business people to manage, build, track and sign their documents.
Since the product existed for two years already, my goal was not to design it from the scratch but to work on the overall improvement of user experience and create new features that were valuable for our customers. I worked in close collaboration with PandaDoc co-founder and engineers on getting the product to a higher level.
