Led the SBO migration, planning and delivery of Corporate Real Estate activities, especially on Contract Performance Management and requisition to Pay processes.

  • Developed a collaborative environment across regional FBM teams and the SBO team with strong engagement, clear accountabilities & effective process delivery.

  • Successfully migrated Contact Performance Analysis activities from 84 RE managed locations to SBO Bangalore in a span of 20 months.

  • Executed seamless Request to Pay (RTP) processes through engaging with Contracting & Procurement (CP) to develop & refine processes and develop experts who can understand & resolve payment issues, thereby ensuring vendors are always paid on time.

  • Ensured that the Supplier & Contract Management activities are performed in line with the Group Standards and in compliance with the RE Process Model.

Fulfilled Real Estate needs for Shell's rapidly growing in the Middle East and North Africa, introduced standard ways of working (organization, processes, tools and contracting) and delivered Real Estate Services in line with RE standards, processes and plans.

  • Provided functional leadership to 43 Shell staff and over 50 contractors in Shell offices across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Riyadh, Bahrain, Tunisia, Tanzania and Muscat with a spender budget of 13.6 million USD.

  • Successfully integrated the above RE non-managed sites into the RE managed portfolio by setting up processes and standards to deliver performance covering HSE, service standards, office space utilization and cost containment.

  • Collaborated with Strategy, transactions and Projects, Asset Protection and Corporate Travel teams to coordinate cross-regional Real estate activities.

  • Developed fit for purpose strategy for staff Road Transport requirements in the UAE and delivered RE services that added the most value to enable the business to achieve their objectives.

Real Estate Facility Manager at Shell Technology Centre

  • A core member of the startup team that delivered 210,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office facilities at Bangalore within 4 months. Successfully managed the transition of the new facility from a serviced office space to a leased building accommodating more than 900 staff.

  • A core member of the start-up team that delivered 12,000 square meters of wet/dry laboratory facility, with high-end infrastructure and amenities in 2008/2009.

  • Managed FM and travel budgets amounting to USD 18 million annually for 900 strong staff strength and was the contract-holder for many high-net-worth and operation-critical contracts.

  • Successfully completed the RMZ renovation project in 2012 in readiness for the P&T “winning Innovations” strategy for Bangalore.

  • Member of many FM related initiation teams ( Plaon, Access Control system, GFMP Wave 1, etc) across Shell functions worldwide.
