Effective communication is a key part of employee experience. We’ve all been there: constant company, organization and team announcements and updates flood our inboxes, collaboration channels and messaging apps, not all of them is useless, but the fatigue is real. Or maybe you’re a communicator and part of job is to engage with the employees, where they are tired to getting endless communications all over the place. Viva Amplify is a tool that centralizes campaigns and communications in one place, and allows cross platform publishing to ensure the effectiveness and evaluates the engagement through data and analytics.
My job as a product designer on this brand new product team includes designing for features related to campaign management (obviously), workshopping and sprinting, supporting customer sessions and user research, making marketing moments, and collaborating across disciplines.
