About
After a training course in product design, I decided to focus on projects related to service and interaction design.
In my work experience, I have been able to work on various phases of the project process: from research and analysis on users, on-site and/or remote workshops, maps and reports, to information architecture and interface design.
I am currently involved in the creation and maintenance of design systems, an experience that has allowed me to delve into the dynamics of design and ensure visual consistency across all projects. Simultaneously, I am engaged in supporting agile development teams through the implementation of designOps practices, thereby optimizing collaboration between different departments.
Additionally, I am currently pursuing certification as a scrum master to expand my skills in project management, with the goal of leading the team more efficiently and productively.
I love working with people and for people, learning and experimenting with new techniques. I like to learn and listen.
Projects
For two years, I have had the privilege of being an integral part of an innovative startup specializing in the sale of Mystery Boxes containing high-quality items from unsold stock of exclusive boutiques and concept stores. During this period, I dedicated myself to the creation of the user experience and user interface for the webapp (not yet online), the Shopify site (currently online), and the management dashboard dedicated to uploading the boxes.
