I undertook the personal assignment and completion of website pages and mobile app screens for MyHisa—a virtual online platform that offers airtime and data purchases, along with utility and bill payment services.

• Conducted comprehensive User Research, utilizing online surveys, competitive analysis, and empathy mapping for an all-in-one B2B platform. This aimed to gain insights into user needs and pain points.

• Generated various user flows and stories for three personas, derived from survey data, ensuring the team maintained a user-centered approach.

• Collaborated with the creative team to define and implement solutions for the product's brand direction, visuals, and user experience. This involved designing and implementing multiple responsive website pages and a B2C web application.

• Led user testing sessions for the checkout process, resulting in a 50% reduction in checkout time through iterative improvements.
