Work Experience
Utilizing a thorough discovery research process to understand the business and project needs for clients such as PIMCO, launching new products by employing the current design systems but also building on them to meet and present new ideas and features developed in close collaboration with the client, stakeholders and other colleagues of the design department. Synthesizing research and pushing best-practice design decisions in a complex field of fund investment.
Worked on a couple of mid to large-size initiatives as an end-to-end product designer.
• Au Bon Pain (from Panera Bread) - An easy-to-use catering solution covering all of Au Bon Pain locations across America.
• Motiff Network - A talent/job platform for creatives (discontinued).
Previously a digital agency, now a brand accelerator. At Oui Will I've done hands-on work on a number of landing page and informational projects.
Helpjuice is a robust knowledge base platform for scaling customer support. I've led the creation of all customer-facing & internal tools, and web presence foundations. I've also created a handful of custom knowledge base solutions for Stanford, Hertz, etc.
