Joined a 0→1 team to improve how larger and more complex customers scale their Figma usage. Designed and launched Figma’s highest priced tier, Figma Enterprise, as the sole designer on the team.

Also helped with Product Design Operations by leading weekly design meetings and critiques.

Designed and launched primary care patient experiences for the exam rooms, waiting room check-in, and mobile app. Helped leadership with product strategy and service design pivots during the COVID-19 outbreak.

First full-time product design hire at Uber's Advanced Technologies Group (later acquired by Aurora). Designed in-vehicle tablet experiences for riders and vehicle operators. Helped grow the Design and UX Research team from 2 to 10.

One of Duolingo's first designers. Designed and built Duolingo.com, led growth design and notification strategy. Led a 0→1 team that went on to launch Duolingo for Schools.
