Inspired by: The Yayagram, a device built by Manuel Lucio Dallo that allowed his grandmother to use the messaging app Telegram in a way that is reminiscent of a phone switchboard.
Melon X is an annual science fiction conference in Hong Kong.
A rising star in the world of science fiction, Melon X invites science fiction writers, creatives and professionals from China and the West to share, brainstorm and be inspired.
The result was a series of images re-imagining Hong Kong's skyline for the Melon X's first annual event.
