Work Experience
Developed the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a Venture Capital–Startup Advisory firm, focusing on evaluation criteria for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and a monetization strategy based on hybrid deal structures.
Attended lectures across business, engineering, and law schools to gain comprehensive knowledge at the intersection of business, technology, design, and society. Parallelly, worked as a Teaching Assistant for graduate-level Operations Management and Project Management courses under Professor Tom Mazzone.

Managed CAPEX and OPEX budgets, handled day-to-day business operations, and led the 0-to-1 product development and launch by fostering cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, resulting in the acquisition of paying B2B and B2C customers—all achieved through strategic bootstrapping.
Visualized key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer pain points in 80+ Robotic Fulfillment Centers to senior management, engineering (AFT), analytics (LMAQ), and quality (ICAQ) teams during GEMBA walks. Developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline the integration of AI and ML systems in the last-mile supply chain, reducing operational bottlenecks and improving inventory management across NA, EU, and JP.
