Projects
This was my first big opportunity to work as a QA Engineer. My main responsibility was to test all incoming Web App changes from the Platform team.
This meant building, implementing and integrating a testing process that was lean and lightweight, but robust enough to expand as the business grew.
During my time here I implemented the use of TestRail for test case management and streamlining the QA Process

Responsibilities:
1. Testing: - Test the entire website for usability and functionality.
2. Documentation: - Write down all testing steps, methods, and results. - Create test cases and scenarios for different types of users.
3. Bug Reporting: - Find, document, and report bugs or issues. - Prioritize bugs based on how they affect the user experience. - Use our project management tool (e.g., TestRail) to manage bug reports.
4. User Experience Feedback: - Suggest improvements to improve the platform for all users.
5. Collaboration: - Work closely with the development team to understand how the platform works. - Communicate test results and suggestions effectively to the team.

This is the website to find teachers for different subjects by student. One can register as a tutor or student. It is also used ti book different types of courses. My main task was to test the site from both the tutor and student end and check the workflow.
