About
A product designer with an experience of around 3 years. Currently I'm working at Juspay and previously I've had the fortune of working at places like MyGate and IIT Bombay.
I am working in the fintech space and designing products for multiple spaces such as payments (majorly UPI and mandates), credit and lending, open source payment integrations for global audience and a bunch of interesting internal tools.
Work Experience
Designing for all things payment related. Right now working on Hyperswitch (hyperswitch.io) and handling UPI.
Previously have worked on domains such as Credit, EMI, Mandates, Help and support, and lot of internal tools that help onboard merchants easily and efficiently.
I'm also involved in hiring and mentoring the new designers/interns.
Conceptualised, planned, and conducted a user study with multiple domestic workers to understand their pain-points in gated societies for various contexts.
Conducted interviews to observe their degree of comfort with technology and their understanding of smartphones.
Designed Lokavidya CMS, a dashboard for the web portal of Lokavidya app, a knowledge sharing platform that reaches 23+ vilages and 20,000+ rural workers. This was mainly focused on teaching rural workers about good farming practices.
Was responsible for:
-Translating wireframes and prototypes into production quality and error free webpages from scratch using HTML and CSS.
-Building reusable codes for future use and ensured the technical feasibility of the designs
