As part of McKinsey Leap, I was responsible for serving clients with new business builds and ventures. In my role as an Associate Design Director, I specialized in digital product design, contributing expertise in crafting innovative solutions within cross-functional teams internationally. I was serving clients globally in diverse industries such as medtech, consumer, retail, and fintech. Some of my selected work:

  • Building the next generation digi-physical health and wellness product for a leading nordic fitness client. Driving research, delivering UX/UI, managing the clients designer and working closely with developers. We successfully delivered and launched the new product offering within 9 months.

  • Creating a Financial wellbeing B2B2C product for Norway’s biggest debt collection agency to help the most vulnerable in-debt to achieve financial freedom faster. Driving research and implementation-ready UX/UI, managing the clients designer and close collaboration with developers. Released Beta in 7 weeks and MVP in 12 weeks.

  • Design lead of defining vision and conceptualisation of the future Gen AI grocery shopping experience for one of South Africas leading retailers. Driving research, value prop and concept development and supporting developers in build of PoC.

  • Designing omni-channel experience for surgeons and HCP within a leading Swiss medtech company. Delivering implementation-ready design and design system.

I served as a consultant specializing in UX/UI services, catering primarily to Swedish clients in digital product development. In this position, I led clients through UX and design research.

My main client was TV4 & CMORE, where I served as a UX Designer on their product team. I contributed to various development projects, including the build of interactive platforms for TV shows such as Big Brother and Idol.
