Work Experience
Senior product designer for a global strategic design consultancy. Built design systems and solved complex challenges for large organizations in the energy and manufacturing industries. Successfully contributed various components to the Hitachi NEXT Design System.
Product designer for a small but mighty design lab offering rapid research, prototyping and clever thinking. Worked with a number of different clients including Thriva, Coach.io and the $41m rocket-ship Appsmith. Conducted full-service product design including UX audits, user interviews, workshopping, service blueprints, and prototype testing through to delivering the final UI for developer handover. Also assisted with Google design sprints.
Sole product designer for the UK’s largest freelance marketplace. Helped to deliver multiple platform features including a complete marketplace renovation and the introduction of saved talent pools. Regularly conducted UX research such as user interviews and Kano surveys to obtain feedback that would inform the final designs. Re-established and maintained a scalable design system in Figma. Engaged in company-wide roadmap planning via the ORK format. Participated in regular team retros.
