Side Projects
To improve my understanding of the advancements in AI I decided to create an experiment to test some of the AI tools I have been playing with and try to produce something which made use of them all in an effort to show others what is possible.
The experiment included creating a landing page for a hypothetical product with the constraint of using only no-code tools and AI products.
To give you an idea of how much I used AI to generate the website, I used Chat GPT-3 to suggest all the website copy, including the titles, subtitles, testimonials, features, fonts, HEX colour codes and also to write the code for the JaveScript audio embed. I used generative image tools and AI background removal tools to create all the images as well as audio and video AI tools.
In the interest of sharing my learnings I'm currently in the process of documenting every tool, prompt and hack I used to produce this website.

Beta Directory is a curated list of the latest digital products currently in alpha, beta, waiting list, or invite-only phase.
Beta Directory looks to find the latest tech products before they publically launch. As an early adopter of digital tech products, I couldn't find one online source to discover them. Instead, I spent hours on Reddit, Hackernews, Twitter and Indiehackers on a weekly basis mining for fresh new products to try.
Sure, other platforms include newly launched products, however, there wasn't anywhere for the super early adopters like me to discover the latest digital products. Product Hunt is amazing, but it only features products that have launched for the most part. BetaList is ok, but again the vast majority have already launched.
So far the directory contains over 300 products on the cusp of launching and looking for early adopters.
