• Multi-Language support for Campaigns.
• Template Migrator.
• Introducing the Email template library.
• Revamping Suppression Pages Analytics.
• Generative research on the customer's experience with the analytics page.
• Standardizing and creating the component for Exporting Experience for Insider's products.
• Working closely with the Design Lead to restructure the job architecture for the Insider Design team.

• Unsubscribe Pages Design Capability.
• Apple's Mail Privacy Protection adaptation on the email analytics.
• Spam test and device preview capabilities.

• Consolidated Netcore as a brand under a single website combining various subsidiaries/business units Pepipost, Hansel, Boxx etc.
• Overhauling the onboarding and integration experience for the Netcore product.
• Completely designed the new product line Customer Data Platform.
• Mentored and worked with Associate Product Designer and Interaction Designer to set up the grounds and cover all the existing components by launching the Infinity Design System.
