I joined as a solo designer to drive product growth through multiple deals with the US government departments.
1] Led design efforts to develop a vendor management platform for major NDA city from scratch. Vendor management platform included: 10+ big NDA features.
2] Client support: delivered dozens of improvements, leading to increased user satisfaction across government departments.
3] Redesigned the citizen requests management interface for government users (the most important one). Simplified UI while increasing data access, reducing request processing times by 30%.
4] Rehauled citizen facing portal for a seamless mobile experience.
5] Created numerous design concepts to support deal closures.
6] Unified 3-year-old design system with front-end structure, aligning Figma with code (colors, typography, components).
7] Streamlined transparent design team communication, ticket management, and documentation.
Splash is an all-in-one consulting platform designed to streamline hiring, project management, financial tracking, and contract automation, allowing consultancies to manage talent and projects efficiently.
I joined as the founding product designer to build product from scratch. Later on I began looking into influencing product development more which led me to step into product management role that I thoroughly enjoyed.
1] Designed the whole platform from the ground up, including features such as consultants' utilisation dashboard, financials dashboard, project management tools, consultants' directory, invoice generation, timesheets, client interfaces, and more.
2] Conducted JTBD research with potential users and experts. Helped the product find the right focus at the beginning + contributed to closing several deals while doing interviews.
3] Established usability testing process and regularly iterated based on feedback.
4] Set up design system foundation with frontend team that helped us to deliver new stuff supa fast over the course of 3 years.
5] Introduced and adopted transparent internal project management processes for engineering team.
Worked on the #1 journaling app.
No jokes, it was awarded by Apple and later acquired by Automattic, the company behind WordPress.
Participated in creating a public website, marketing materials, and journaling features itself.
Co-founded a digital agency with my friend and delivered a dozen of great projects for our clients.
I was wearing many hats at once being a sales manager, CEO, HR, project manager, and design lead.
Learned how to structure the agency business and have profits eventually (which was not true at the beginning)!
