Developed and executed targeted prospection campaigns, leveraging detailed persona and sector analysis to create compelling, data-driven Sales & Marketing strategies. Built communities on social media for an early-stage startup in Artificial Intelligence.
• Collaborate with 3 commercial teams comprising of 30 sales professionals, resulting in the development of a go-to-market strategy for opening new subsegments and driving new account opportunities by 20%.
• Create and adapt marketing content to the Business segments I work with (decks, testimonials, etc.) and increase adoption from the Sales by 30%.
• Develop a strong knowledge base on our Market to increase our penetration rate: economic trends, relevant insights, statistics, studies, competition.
• Collaborated closely with two dynamic sales teams, totaling approximately 20 sales professionals, to drive business growth and success. Played a key role in establishing an effective feedback loop between sales and product teams, fostering enhanced communication and collaboration.

• Managed a team of 20 contributors and oversaw the publication of all articles on the company blog. Developed and maintained a weekly publishing schedule to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Conducted recruitment sessions for blog contributors, including screening and phone interviews, to identify and onboard top talent.
• Conducted monthly interviews with investors and strategy consultants to provide unique insights and perspectives on industry trends. Authored diverse articles on corporate finance, providing valuable information and analysis to readers.
• Developed and executed targeted marketing campaigns using personalized content for each persona, sector, and company size, organizing newsletters and webinars on legal and HR topics.
