To better improve the experience of users while onboarding fintech apps, the application of a user education guide for new users will help customers know how to navigate the basic features of the app,

Approaching the experience of the Payday app as a user and a product designer, I onboarded the app and documented my experience while interacting with an onboarding issue that stood as an obstacle for new users.

A music streaming platform born out of a concept to design an application for the entertainment niche. This app would be the result of well-carried-out research and great deduction from it to help provide an optimal experience for music lovers.
