I have 8.5 years of experience in user experience, visual design, and strategy design. With an undergrad in Computer Science👩🏻💻 (from India 🇮🇳) and a master's in Strategic Design and Management (from New York🗽), I am a full-stack designer 👩🏻💻 and have delivered 20+ products.
My design includes using data-driven decisions on users' pain points and providing a clean and aesthetic user interface that includes working on design systems, prototyping, journey mapping, user interviews, and many more research strategies.

Work Experience
• Joined as a Product Designer for a 0-1 investment serviced-based product. Established design research strategy to learn users' needs for the product team, and practiced end-to-end design process.
• Designed and launched an investment portal for financial advisors and an investor portal to manage their private funds and portfolio. Established success metrics for the new product and conducted user interviews to learn and iterate from user feedback.
• Collaborated with engineers, product managers, advisory team, and content specialist for product deliveries
• Designed web-based and mobile-based responsive apps for financial wellness for Meta employees, scalable to thousands of users, and included wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, heavily backed up by qualitative and quantitative data.
• Led the Web App [responsive for iPad and mobile] for the financial wellness app for Meta employees, as an individual contributor. The user base increased to 20% of Meta employees.
• Re-branded the app, growing user engagement by 50%.
• Worked on Content Management System [CMS] for maintaining new articles/audio/video content on the app.
• Pitched innovative ideas for web and mobile platforms, for US's biggest insurance company keeping in mind business goals of targeting 5X revenue and 29,000 customer acquisition in the next 6 years.
• Used design thinking for research, which included understanding users' pain points, and creating journey maps, wireframes, interactive designs, and prototypes. Collaborated with UX researchers.
• Led redesign of the JioMoney app's (digital payment bank) troubleshooting system, which facilitated its 30+ Million users
to self-solve issues (reducing call-center tickets by 78%).
• Improved end-user experiences of the MyJio app with 300+ Million users, which hiked Play Store ratings from 3.1 to 4 stars.
• Research and delivered 10+ projects for the MyJio app like a hyper-local grocery app, eCommerce, auction platform, etc.
• Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture, interaction specifications, prototypes, and final UI to increase user engagement for the marketing website of a global enterprise app - VWO with 6000+ customers (B2B SaaS product, Conversion Rate Optimization platform with $14M ARR), that increased new sign-ups by 37%.
Researched, designed (Unity 3D), developed (C#, Java, HTML) & successfully delivered a 3D driving simulator's UI for Android and iOS, presented to the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Modi.

Won the First Prize for the Best Sustainable Business Model in the competition where we designed an end-to-end strategy for LaundrECO (an organic detergent dispenser for laundromats that saves tons of packaging cost and plastic while being harmless for aquatic life unlike other detergents) including a business model canvas, financial statements, a lean canvas model, a product MVP, etc.
This hackathon was organized by Venturesity for women in tech. We were given a problem statement and I managed to write the code for it while passing all the test cases in the shortest period of time, hence securing the First position.
