Responsibilities and Achievements
- Work closely with executive leadership to achieve business goals and align all Post Production teams across global markets.
- Built CNE's internal Motion Graphics Department which services all Condé Nast brands and distributes series assets to global partners. We provide creative services for all series pilots, keystone live events, and maintain a robust library of assets and templates (100+ series) for a team of 70+ editors.
- Post Production Lead on the creation of CNE's global, cloud Media Asset Management system for asset cataloguing, distribution, and project management. Work closely with engineers, vendors, and end-users to expand usage, optimize performance, and onboard global teams to use this advanced collaboration tool. Have had key role in designing file architecture, testing feature sets, and overall responsibility of training and software deployment to teams at scale.
- Develop, document, train, and demo new tools and workflows to leadership, creatives, and other stakeholders.
- Optimize various post-production workflows by developing new systems to track trends and performance (Airtable, Zapier)
- Work closely with Conde Nast IT and Post Engineering to keep Post Production teams at the forefront of new technology, frequently testing new software, hardware, and other tech which enters the industry.

Moved into management position to help guide the growth and direction of CNE's Post Production department.
March 2020: First person on team to leave office before COVID closure. I was the lead on working with Engineering to move our entire team's workflow to being remote, being the first person to prove that remote work, and remote access to hardware/media was possible. I shaped many of the policies and workflows that our team still uses to this day (we are still fully remote as of Jan 2023).
One of two Senior Editors, often taking responsibility of editing new pilots and high profile projects. Go-to person internally for Color Grading and VFX/Compositing work.
Built and developed CNE's first Graphic Template library. Built and distributed 60+ templates to editorial teams.
Worked closely in production and post on a music documentary series about underground dance music around the world. Unfortunately the series was killed and production division dissolved near the end of production due to budget cuts at Viacom.
Boutique production company, focusing on bringing 3D, Stop motion, and live action to clients for Commercial work.
