I'm passionate about making technology more accessible and enjoyable through design. I've designed products and led teams for data movement, ad tech, video publishing, consumer mobile, contact center, and more for over 20 years.
Work Experience
At Fivetran, I lead a centralized Design Org of 24 talented Designers and Researchers building the best and easiest data movement platform. We’ve automated the most time-consuming parts of the ELT process so your data engineers can focus on higher impact projects with total pipeline peace of mind.
At Twitter, I led several design teams that augmented Twitter’s core revenue through productivity, scale, and diversification. Those teams made lasting impact on Twitter's Developer Platform, Sales Productivity Tooling, Publisher Products, Design Systems, and Behavioral Analytics.
At Talkdesk I joined as a lead designer and eventually built and led a 16 person Design Org across UX & Brand. I advised leadership on achieving market differentiation with UX, built up a UX practice from scratch, and helped improved CSAT scores by 20%.
