Work Experience
Expanding Coinbase retail product to Brazil 🇧🇷 & Canada 🇨🇦 by integrating local payment rails like Pix and Interac e-Transfer for on/off ramp of fiat. I ensured launches in Brazil & Canada by fulfilling compliance requirements.
I worked upon the Neo banking app, leading the design and research from scratch till launch.
Defining the post order management experience for the largest e-commerce giant of India. I designed an end to end ticket tracking system for customers. Also, designed the flows for "Exchange your phone" program.
