Tejas Foundation was formed with the intent of providing quality math education to underprivileged children through scalable digital solutions.

In-house math content developed using action script provides both teaching and practice material for grades 1-10. These courses run in government schools and have helped thousands of children in improving their math abilities.

Individually planned lessons help children at their own pace through automated lesson planning and tracking.

Tejas Foundation also supports Mathathon - an inter-school competition which is conducted every year in the government schools.

As part of the core Quality Control Team implementing CMMi Level 5 processes for the first time ever in India at Accenture, we used the 'Crystal Ball' prediction model tool for forecasting, optimising and predicting project performances. Accenture became the first company in India to be assessed at CMMi L5.

Joined IBM through campus placement while at final year of College. Worked in IBM India and IBM US on various internal projects.
