Work Experience
PcComponentes is a well-known Spanish technology e-commerce company currently expanding internationally. I moved through several teams and projects during my period in the company. In my first weeks I familiarize with the company participating in a new login. Then, I collaborated on the foundations of the design system, which would become essential for the e-commerce site's redesign. Later, I moved to the payment team where our work significantly reduced cart abandonment and boosted conversion rates. With this same team, we also developed initiatives for services and cross-sales, driving further business growth. Finally, I transitioned to the logistics and warehouse teams, designing dozens of complex user flows across three key internal products, streamlining operations.
