I developed a new zero-to-one tooling for home lending advisors to enhance efficiency and reduce time to close on a home. Additionally, I provided comprehensive design support across all aspects of the home lending advice space.

Made Renovation is an all-in-one bathroom renovation service that can be entirely managed from the comfort of your home. As one of two product designers, I worked on projects from end to end, engaging with all aspects of the design process. My responsibilities included product strategy, product management, and marketing strategy.

I primarily focused on developing an internal tool to scale our business from 2 markets to 5, which involved designing a sales tool and a bathroom project tracker.

Additionally, I worked on the customer-facing dashboard to help clients track their renovation process.

I also helped build and scale the internal design system across both mobile and web platforms

Upperstudy is a mentorship-focused design studio that collaborates with startups to design 0-1 products and develop robust design systems. While at Upperstudy, I worked with Northstar Money and Made Renovation, which eventually led to my hiring by Made Renovation.
