Work Experience
In my role as the Lead Designer for the TOF funnel buyer experience, I took charge of revamping the buyer journey for cars24 across both mobile apps and the web. The main focus was on enhancing the overall user experience and bridging the gap between mobile app features and desktop functionalities.
Through a comprehensive redesign, I improved the web experience, ensuring seamless usability for users. The major pages in the buyer experience were completely redesigned, with a primary objective of providing users with clear visibility of all the features and services offered. This redesign aimed to make the buyer journey smoother and more enjoyable for every user.
I collaborated with two clients, One of the projects involved creating the design from the ground up. I took charge of overseeing and organising all design files and assets, ensuring smooth communication and handoff with the developers. Additionally, I actively participated in user testing and build QA testing to ensure the final product met the highest standards of quality and usability. Departed from this IT service company and venture into the realm of product-based companies.
Tnumber is an app-based alternate contact number with privacy-controls. I led the design process for Tnumber's mobile app and website, starting from the very beginning and creating everything from scratch. To ensure the design's effectiveness, I regularly analyzed App Store reviews, using them as valuable feedback to make necessary improvements. Unfortunately, due to funding issues, I had to leave the company.
I had the opportunity to redesign Wheelstreet's mobile app and website, an esteemed motorbike rental marketplace based in Bengaluru, with operations spanning across approximately 30 cities. The goal of the redesign was to elevate the overall user experience on all platforms, ensuring seamless accessibility and improved functionalities for users.
