Hey, I'm Eric, a Digital Product Designer with a background in Computer and Information Sciences from Binus University and an alumnus of the Apple Developer Academy in the product design domain, I bring 2+ years of experience in delivering web and mobile products for 8+ clients and companies, ranging in SASS, Edtech, and Fintech product background. My work has been featured on live websites and app stores.
As a product designer for Typedream, I am experienced in handling end-to-end product design, maintaining and improving user experience, defining design culture within the company, and creating experiences that drive measurable business results. My design process starts with research, ideating, prototyping, and testing, ensuring a user-centered approach to every project.
I am skilled in end-to-end product design ranging from user research, usability testing, market research, metrics improvement, UI design, and prototyping. I use tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, MixPanel, Whimsical, etc to bring my designs to life.
My goal is to continue growing and developing my skills as a Senior Product Designer.

Typedream is a web-based no-code platform explicitly built to help users create a beautiful website using a straightforward, notion-like interface and experience. In Typedream, I help to:

Designed and developed MVP version of form feature for Typedream, successfully released in late 2022 Q4, resulting in a 1.4% conversion rate. Worked closely with the CTO, CMO, and product team to plan, publish, maintain, and continuously improve the product

Redesigned Typedream landing page to match target users, increased unique visitors from 85K to 198K & decreased bounce rate from 71% to 66%.

As the first designer hired at Typedream, I've played a crucial role in building and maintaining the company's end-to-end digital product experience. I was also responsible for establishing and maintaining a design system, leading to improved design consistency and increased productivity across 18 projects.

Conducted usability testing and interviews with Typedream users, resulting in a backlog of 25+ product and feature iterations that directly impacted product development and improved user experience.

Designed a new workspace version of Typedream, aimed at improving user experience and positioning Typedream as a leading web builder platform to build different works inside (Page, Form, Blog). Resulting in over 90% positive feedback on the new workspace concept.
