At Acre, we had recently redesigned the client portal and needed to take a look how the document flow works. The flow needs to enable users to upload documents for themselves, or behalf of the person they’re applying for a mortgage with. There’s a list of documents that will be required, but users should also be able to upload any document.
Working with the acquisition team, we became aware that our SEO was being effected by disappearing links to our brand pages as discounts changed or expired.
With the launch of our internal management tool, the operations team were reporting some issues they had. To ensure the team had the best possible experience, we launched an NPS survey to track their issues & confidence in the tool.

Worked on the consumer facing Client Portal product
Assisted with the whole redesign of the client portal, this included redesigning entire flows, creating spec files for the developers to use, crafting entirely new flows
Used Mixpanel to create dashboard to track analytics and suggested changes to the products user experience based on my findings

Created a solution that allows event organisers to sell pre-sale tickets for an event
Conducted user research & testing and used the findings to make improvements to the event detail page in order to increase ticket sales
Worked on the internal CMS to release features which saw an increase of 125% in user satisfaction
Led work to increase offer redemption on the platform used by 700,000 monthly active students
Crafted the design system for the CMS using Figma libraries
Regularly carried out user research for UX Scorecards and feature specific work
Designed multiple e-commerce & brochure websites
Developed the front end of WordPress and custom CMS websites
