Morrama is an industrial design studio which I co-founded in 2015. Since then, the team has grown progressively, continued to be profitable since day one, and has now worked with over 100 startups around the world - including companies in London, New York, San Francisco, and Sydney. In 2016 I left morrama in the capable hands of my co-founder, but continue to stay involved as an advisor and shareholder.
Leading distributed teams throughout the design, development, launch, and growth of various mobile and web products for clients such as Tony Robbins, CycleBar / YogaSix / StretchLab, and Immi.
Managed a number of projects as a freelance Product Manager, focussing on FinTech products and editorial platforms, in addition to educational mobile games.
Oversaw a small team of designers and engineers at Google Creative Lab, where we explored a number of digital and physical products, before launching an experimental device at Google I/O.
Headed up the team behind Away Away - an influencer lead travel platform where people can share guides to their favourite destinations, then make commission on every booking.
Availo was a company that aimed to change the way freelancers work. We built a platform that got top freelancers the best jobs at startups, studios and agencies, all within a single product and worked with companies such as UsTwo, Google and Facebook. After 18 months of amazing growth, we sadly closed the company down after failing to secure our Series A round of investment. We spun out what we had into www.blkbk.co and continue to support helping companies find great freelancers in London.
