Working with the UAE government, Ministry of Health & Prevention (MoHAP), Dubai on their Nationwide Workforce Planning Project to ensure that the hospitals and clinics under MoHAP are adequately staffed to meet their current and future patient needs.Leading the team of MoHAP for 3 projects
▪ Health Workforce Planning (HWP) Analysis of current workforce capabilities to meet the future needs across its 17 hospitals and 88 Primary Health Centers (PHC)
− Analyze current workforce and measure workload across specialties
− Forecast workforce to meet the patient needs for the next 1,3 and 5 years
− Identify gaps and benchmark the results
▪ National Health Workforce Accounts (NHWA) Leverage health workforce data to support monitoring/implementing health policies
− Establish National Health Workforce Accounts
− Standardization of Health Workforce data across modules such as Education, labor force and population health needs
− Data driven policy planning and monitoring
