Work Experience
Led the development of the Marketplace on web platform and a high-performance B2B Dashboard for Sellers/Manufacturers, streamlining operations, and introducing feature-rich capabilities. Maintained a 'user-first' focus, consistently optimizing UX through refactoring. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to take ownership of challenges and contribute to strategic planning.
Developed the all new 3 panel design for our webapp using Next & React, optimizing performance and user experience. Developed the Koo Embed system used by major media outlets like Times of India. Focused on website optimization, latency reduction, CDN performance, and security enhancements, including mitigating XSS and DOM Injection. Improved dashboards, content moderation, and reporting tools for the Operations team.
Contributed to the development team for the Claims engine and Insurance management in the TriZetto Provider Solutions project. Managed production-ready builds, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure, ARM Templates, and Chef for configuration management.
