Land Rover Defender infotainment system tops 2020 UX scores to date. In September 2020, SBD Automotive carried out its infotainment expert usability evaluation of the Land Rover Defender cockpit in the UK.

Owned the design and user experience for the UniFi Protect Android, iOS and web apps.
Responsible for the CX and service design of the warranty return experience, from defining how vendors and distributors process and manage customer returns to designing the customer facing web portal for creating RMA returns.
Worked directly with CEO, design and development teams to drive innovation in features for networking, security and home IoT technologies in the prosumer space.
Led design for driver-assistance and automated driving projects including improvements and advancements to the Park Assist feature.
Owned the user experience for the Communication (Phone) feature for the next-generation infotainment system Pivi Pro, and supported the design of other infotainment features.
Additional responsibilities included delivering specifications and requirements to development teams, assessment of design tools and processes, creating and maintaining design systems, determining and evaluating key performance indicators for infotainment projects, and conducting studies and usability tests.
Worked with brands such as Solomid, Qualcomm, HyperX, Logitech, Crunchyroll on branding, marketing, interface and user experience projects.
